Refund and Returns Policy

At Safawellness, a trusted online pharmacy in India, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic Ayurvedic products online and high-quality Unani medicine online. Your health and wellness are our priority, and since our herbal medicines are sensitive in nature, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The packaging is intact, sealed, and unopened.
  • The product has not been used, damaged, or tampered with.
  • The customer must share clear images of the product and packaging before initiating the return.
  • Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Customers need to courier the product back to our Safawellness Head Office, Bangalore.
  2. The customer will bear the two-way shipping charges (delivery + return courier).
  3. Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect and verify the condition.
  4. If approved, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after successful inspection.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Products that are opened, tampered, or not in original condition will not qualify for a refund.

Important Notes

  • Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and Unani medicines, only sealed and unused products are accepted for returns.
  • This policy is designed to protect customer health, ensure product safety, and prevent fraudulent claims.
