• Take equal quantity of fresh juices of garlic, ginger, lemon and apple cider vinegar heat at low flame to dry out 1/4 juice, add equal quantity of natural honey when cooled
• Take 5-10 ml Liquid without water in empty stomach morning and evening, don’t take anything for 30 min after this
